LOS ANGELES – January 16, 2013 – A spectacular new line of Battlestar Galactica T-shirts is in the works at Quantum Mechanix Inc. (QMx), with 10 green-lit designs and more to come.

QMx recently acquired the coveted apparel license from NBCUniversal, looking to boldly pursue the development of cool new T-shirt designs. In fact, the already-approved shirts represent the greatest number of designs for a single licensee in the history of the property. And we're just getting started!

Favorites are emerging among the new T-shirt line, including Viper Squadron, So Say We All and Eye of Jupiter. As QMx continues to develop the line, you'll see more original art as well, such as the Send More Cylons pin-up shirt.

"We've been looking at the Battlestar Galactica T-shirt license for several years," says QMx CEO Andy Gore. "And now that we have it, we won't be sitting on our hands.

"We love Battlestar, and you can bet as long as fans like what we're creating, we'll keep new shirt designs coming," adds Gore.
