PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Quantum Mechanix, Inc. (the “QMx”) for the Products (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any QMx product. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

QMx may choose to make certain QMx products available for pre-order, at its’ discretion.  These Products will be clearly marked on our website as “Pre-Order” with our estimated delivery window.

When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, including your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. QMx shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated.  Kindly make every effort to ensure your information is updated. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to help@quantummechanix.com. QMx specifically disclaims any liability for inaccurate billing and / or shipping information provided to us.

You will be charged the full purchase price at the time you place a Pre-Order. All Pre-Orders are handled through our website. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  By completing a Pre-Order purchase, you are providing your express agreement to QMx to charge your provided payment method for the full purchase price of the product.  Be aware, the purchase price does not include import duties, international taxes and/or other governmental charges that may apply; these costs are your responsibility.

The anticipated release date for each Pre-Order Product will be clearly listed on each product page.  These dates are subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. The date is only an estimate and is subject to change.  QMx does not represent or warrant that the Product will ship on or about the estimated release date.  In the event of a delay in the estimated release date, QMx is not liable or responsible for any damages, whether actual or consequential, that may occur as a result of the delay. 

Please Note: you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, for a full refund of your purchase price.  Email help@quantummechanix.com for assistance with canceling your Pre-Order.
