• Each promotion code applies only to qualifying items. Artisan products and gift cards are excluded.
• Each promotion code applies only to products sold and shipped by QMx at QMxOnline.com. It does not apply to the same products sold by other sellers.
• If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, gift-wrap, and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
• The promotion code is not transferrable and may not be resold.
• If you return items purchased using a promotion code, the value of the promotion code will be subtracted from your return credit.
• Value is not transferrable between orders or replaceable if lost, stolen or if the order is canceled for any reason. Code values cannot be combined and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Excludes sales tax.
• Excludes shipping unless otherwise specified.
• QMx promotion codes have no cash value and are void where any of the terms and conditions are prohibited by law.
• QMx promotion codes are subject to a fair use policy. Any attempt to subvert the functionality in ways not intended by the promoter or in breach with these terms and conditions will void any special offers.
