Returns

You may return a product you’ve purchased from QMx directly for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date, except where noted that sales are final for a particular product or sales event. You will receive notice of the shipment of your order via e-mail.

  • Products must be returned in like-new, saleable condition and in the original packaging, with all components, documentation and tags included. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage, stains, hair, fur or odors. Please include either the original invoice or a copy of the invoice.
  • We will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the item(s) plus sales tax, if applicable. Your refund may take 3 to 5 business days to process once we receive the returned items and ensure that your return meets our policy guidelines.
    • Shipping charges will not be credited unless your order was damaged during shipping via FedEx.
    • By choosing USPS shipping methods, you agree to be responsible for any and all damages, losses, customs fees, and any and all costs of shipping.
  • You must insure your return for the full retail value of the item(s). Failure to do so may lead to your return credit being denied.
  • You may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent for most products.

Note: If you bought our product from a reseller, please contact that vendor regarding a return.

    Exchanges

    We handle exchanges for items we sell directly. Even evil geniuses sometimes make mistakes.

    If we’ve made a fulfillment error on an order you placed with us directly, we will exchange your incorrect order for the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.

    If you’ve made an error, had a change of heart or chosen the wrong size, you may incur an additional charge for your exchange, depending on the circumstances. We will do our utmost to help resolve the problem at minimal cost.

    How to Make a Return or Exchange

    If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please contact Customer Service and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

    Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Returns to QMx:

    1. Must be shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking.
    2. Must be shipped via the same method as was used by QMx to ship the order.
    3. Must be insured for the full retail value of the item(s) being shipped.

    If you use any other parcel service method, particularly one without sufficient insurance coverage, you may not be refunded for the purchase.

    Replacements

    In the rare event we have a replacement part for an item you’ve broken, we might be able to help. If the relevant part is available, you will incur charges for the part plus shipping and handling.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you complete your order, it goes immediately into our system for processing so that we can get you the products you want quickly and efficiently. This means that after you submit your order, our customer service staff will not be able to cancel it.

    If you change your mind after submitting your order, we'll happily help if you request a change that qualifies as a return or an exchange.
