LOS ANGELES – May 1, 2012 – QMx Interactive Inc. has released its latest iOS app, Directing Puss in Boots, based on the blockbuster animated film Puss in Boots from DreamWorks Animation LLC.

It’s drag-and-drop easy. The app allows you to pick a clip from the film and add your own photos and videos to create a unique mash-up featuring beloved characters from the movie.

You can also change the music track, add catchy preloaded phrases from the movie and apply filter effects for a whole new look.

Finished projects can be shared with friends and family via e-mail. Works in progress can also be shared for some movie-making collaboration.

Directing Puss in Boots is available now as a free download on the iTunes App Store, and is compatible with the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad (3rd generation).
