Chill Out With a Khan Kooler

If everyday stress ever starts to build to Wrath-of-Khan proportions, just take a deep breath, sit back and enjoy a Khan Kooler. It's a special drink we've concocted that's deliciously fruity, sweet and tart all at once.
So no one's left out, our simple recipe comes in versions with and without alcohol – both delicious and refreshing!
Khan Kooler
Delightfully bitter Campari balances the brightness of pomegranate and the tartness of grapefruit.
For a slightly sweeter drink, substitute orange juice for grapefruit juice. To make a nonalcoholic version, omit the Campari and add equal amounts of each juice and sparkling water.

Ingredients
1/2 cup grapefruit or orange juice
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup sparkling water
1/4 cup Campari
2 thin slices ginger root Ice
2 twists of orange zest or 2 thin slices of seedless orange
Preparation
1. Muddle ginger in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice, Campari, pomegranate juice and grapefruit or orange juice. Shake well.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a twist or slice of orange.
